What To Remember
The tour guide will meet you at the start time and location and will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. Missed tours cannot be refunded.
Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended since this tour involves a fair amount of walking.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate guests with mobility impairments, wheelchairs or strollers on this tour due to the numerous bridges and steps in Venice.
PLEASE HAVE ALL PARTICIPANTS BRING THEIR ID, AND HAVE THAT MATCH THE NAMES PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING.
