Private Roman Food Tour – Walking Tour
Description
🍕 A Whimsical Gourmet Stroll Through Rome 🍷
Where stories are told in bites, and every step tastes like tradition.
What’s on the menu?
🍝 The bold, timeless soul of Roman cuisine.
🍦 A creamy, dreamy gelato to sweeten the way.
☕ That unmistakable aroma of Italian coffee wafting through ancient streets.
🍷 And yes, wine — always wine — the eternal toast of the Eternal City.
The Experience
Picture this: wandering through storybook alleys, led by a passionate local who knows Rome’s secrets — and its flavors. This is no sit-down affair: we nibble, sip, and stroll, as Romans do. One hand holds a treat, the other snaps a photo. Between bites, we admire masterpieces of art, architecture, and everyday beauty.
A Taste of Tradition
In Italy, food isn’t just food. It’s culture, identity, and a living history. For Romans, eating well isn’t a luxury — it’s a way of life. That’s why our guide doesn’t just feed you: they share the deep-rooted traditions behind each dish, revealing a side of Roman cuisine that goes far beyond the pasta plate.
The Walk
We’ll wind our way through Rome’s most charming neighborhoods, stopping at carefully selected street food gems beloved by locals. No tables, no waiting — just standing, leaning, laughing, tasting. A delicious excuse to keep moving.
What You’ll Taste
Five unforgettable bites, each representing a different facet of Roman street food. Think crispy, melty, savory, and unexpected. We’re talking pizza, iconic bites, hearty specialties and a little sweet finale — all paired with a glass of wine (or whatever makes you smile).
Evening Enchantment
Start your evening with a sunset aperitivo? Absolutely. 🌇 Glide past iconic landmarks bathed in golden light — the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona — now quieter, more magical, whispering stories beneath the stars.
Seasonal Delights
Italian cuisine dances with the seasons. So yes, our offerings may change — but always in tune with what’s freshest, most traditional, and most delicious at that time of year.
